Minimum annual sales
ActionPacked! product sales revenue minus reseller discounts and rebates.
Completed reseller application
All prospective reseller must submit a completed reseller application form.
Webinar training
The minimum number of different ActionPacked! webinar classes a reseller must attend per year. Minimum attendance requirement is one reseller staff member per webinar.
Product certification
Reseller staff members can become product certified after completing the ActionPacked! reseller training program and passing a written exam and hands-on test. New reseller partners have up to 12 months to achieve their certification requirement.
Annual business plan of action
ActionPacked! Channel Sales Manager will work with resellers to develop an annual business plan of action. Templates available if needed.
Provide pre-sale technical support
To qualify as a silver or gold partner, resellers must be able to sell directly to end-users and provide level 1 pre-sale technical support including live demonstrations and assistance with basic product installation, operation, and application.

Deal registration
Resellers have the opportunity to register high-potential deals with ActionPacked! Networks and to obtain an additional discount for registered deals that close within 90 days. See deal registration form for details.

Extended trial licenses for high-potential leads are available upon request.
Market Development Funds (MDF)
Qualified resellers may apply for MDF to support joint marketing activities.

Training
Obtain free on-line training with webinars, videos, e-learning modules and tutorials. Free live-classroom training is available at company headquarters in Honolulu and in various regional locations (student travel expenses are not included). On-site training can also be provided for an additional fee.
Product certification
In addition to meeting gold and silver reseller requirements, product certification also entitles resellers to more qualified leads and advanced training.
Web-Based technical support
The reseller portal provides web-based technical support including message boards, internal support blogs, technical documentation, FAQs, and access to ActionPacked! support engineers.
