| LiveAction software is not for resale and the license is not transferrable to other parties. |
| LiveAction software cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. Equivalent value of the software license (1500 US dollars) may be applied towards the purchase of eligible software upgrades at list price through September 30th, 2010. | End user is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the End User License Agreement for this free software license. End user may terminate the license agreement at any time by deactivating the license key, uninstalling the software and sending a notification via email to freeflow@actionpacked.com. |
| Maintenance, including enhancements, bug fixes, and future releases of this free software, is not included and is not available for purchase. However maintenance is available for purchase for any software upgrades purchased by the end user. |
