Who can qualify for this offer?
This offer is currently limited to qualified users in the United States and Canada and is intended for IT departments, engineers, and consultants who have access to the network routers and switches supported by the LiveAction software. Approval for your application is subject to the terms and conditions of this offer.
How does this offer compare to the trial version of LiveAction?
There are two key differences. First and foremost, our Free Flow Forever offer is for a free permanent license for LiveAction. Our free trial version license expires after 14-days but the permanent license will never expire. Second, the free trial version includes all LiveAction Master Suite features for 10 devices. Our Free Flow Forever offer includes support for three devices and includes real time flow monitoring only.

How do I obtain additional LiveAction features not included in this offer?
Any LiveAction 1.8 software features not included in this offer may be unlocked with the purchase of an upgraded permanent license. However if you need to evaluate these features before purchasing an upgrade, you may request an extended (temporary) trial license at no charge.
Can I receive credit if I purchase an upgraded license?
Yes! Through September 30, 2010, you can apply the equivalent value of your permanent license ($1500) towards the purchase of any upgrade for additional LiveAction features.
Does this offer include future software updates?
Currently no software updates or maintenance programs are included with this free offer. To qualify for free version updates or maintenance, you will need to purchase additional LiveAction modules that support a minimum of 10 devices. Contact sales@actionpacked.com for options and details.
I am a network consultant. Can I use this free software to provide value added services to my customers?
Yes. You may use this version of LiveAction for your own networks or to manage your customers' networks. However because this offer is for a single user, non-transferrable license, you may want to consider having your customers also apply for their own free licences which you can manage for them.
